Bell Title Company was founded in 1970 by Lansing, Michigan Attorney William Bell. Mark Kraushaar purchased Bell Title in 1993. His wife, Leigh Kraushaar, joined the team in 2001, and together, they began expanding operations throughout the State of Michigan.
